We would LOVE to have as much participation as possible.  Please let your family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers and anyone else you can think of know about us.

We cannot know how long each project will last.  We will keep them going until we have no more people signing up for a particular project.  This could take a few years as we are beginning to experience with our first project.

  In order for each project to be a success, the following guidelines must be met by each person who wishes to participate:

 A minimum donation of $5.00 is required to participate.   Once your check clears or
Paypal payment is made, your name will be added to our list of participants  This money will be put into a bank account. At least once a year, probably more, at an appropriate event held by the organization we are supporting, a check in the amount we have raised at that time will be presented on behalf of TPD.  Every cent (minus Paypal fees) we raise will go towards the organization.  We will time the traveling so that the dispenser is at the event.  From there, it will continue on the journey.

 

In regards to sending donations for participation, donations can be made by paypal or by snail mail:

It is important to let us know which project(s) you want to be a part of! 

  A phone number, email address, and mailing address must be submitted by each participant to
travelingpez@hotmail.com in order to keep track of the dispenser, should something happen. This information will be kept private. The only person to have your email and snail mail address is the person who will be sending the dispenser to you and TPD.

 We time the dispenser to arrive at your house on a Thursday or Friday and we want it to be sent back out by the following Tuesday.  Certain exceptions to this are of course taken into consideration upon request.  You may request an approximate arrival time if you travel a lot and feel you may not be home upon it's arrival to you.  If someone participating lives very close to you, we may ask you to meet the next participant in person to deliver the dispenser just to reduce the time spent in the mail and to reduce the risk of the package being lost.  Participants are not obligated to do this.

At least one photograph should be taken with the dispenser.  It can be snail mailed or emailed.


Each participant must email the next person who will be receiving the dispenser to let them know that she is on her way, and to confirm their mailing address.

Each person must be able to cover the cost of Priority Shipping with the United States Post Office.  Currently this cost is $4.05. Should the participant reside outside the United States we will provide further mailing instructions for them. 

 We hope that these guidelines don’t discourage anyone from participating, as they are only made to keep the project fun for everyone.

If you don't want to host a dispenser but would still like to help the cause, just sign up as you normally would and leave us a note stating this.
